Softball Workouts- 5 Minute Workout

5 Minute Workout:

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Crunches
  • 30 Second Wall Sit
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Chest Raises
  • 15 Squats
